Ms O’Neill has more than four decades of experience as an Engineer
predominantly in Electro-Optical Systems. This experience includes ground-based, airborne,
shipboard and satellite systems. Her skills have been developed as a technical lead and team
member on multiple research and production projects including radiometric calculations (UV
through LWIR), atmospheric turbulence compensation, design of optical systems, circuit design
(video, motor control and power supply), sensitivity analysis for RF and IR systems and image
and signal processing. Recent work includes image and signal processing methods to measure
and compensate for atmospheric turbulence, image processing algorithms for
multi/Hyperspectral data, and methods to detect and enhance gas flows. Ms. O’Neill holds 12
patents, has multiple publications and has received a number of awards.
Dr Terry has more than four decades of experience as an applied physicist. Areas of expertise include wave propagation through turbulent media, magneto-hydrodynamics, algorithms for image based systems, and real-time implementation of controls and algorithms on system-on-chip computational solutions. Dr. Terry has multiple publications and patents over his career.
Dr. Mark Morey received his PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from UCSB in 1998. His work focused on synthesis and spectral characterization of microporous solids. His work continued in the field of trace detection of solids and gasses, stewarding basic research into fieldable prototypes. More recent work lead to the development of a miniaturized imager for a gas detection. Dr. Morey has published multiple papers.
